    Participants will:

    • Learn how AI tools work in simple, leader‑friendly terms

    • Practice using AI to support communication, planning, and decision‑making

    • Draft their own AI Leadership Workflow (a repeatable system)

  • Date: Tuesday, May 5 • 10:00–11:30 AM CT
    Focus: AI’s impact on instruction and student work
    Participants will:

    • Explore implications of AI for instructional planning

    • Evaluate AI‑generated lessons and student work

    • Build an Instructional Leadership AI “Look‑Fors” Tool

  • Date: Tuesday, May 19 • 10:00–11:30 AM CT
    Focus: Guidance, expectations, and schoolwide leadership
    Participants will:

    • Draft early staff expectations and student guidelines

    • Examine case studies of real AI dilemmas

    • Create a School AI Implementation Starter Plan
