Participant Experience

Casey Jackson, Ed. D

Supervisor Cohort Member

“What started as a partnership with PIVOT quickly became a shared commitment to doing the work well, together. From early conversations through implementation and reflection, this experience reminded me what’s possible when organizations are aligned around purpose, trust, and impact. Seeing the vision come to life through meaningful engagement, thoughtful design, and authentic collaboration has been energizing.”

Rob Speas

Principal Cohort Member

“One of the most valuable things I learned was how to use improvement science to analyze our practices and make real-time adjustments throughout the school year always in service of student learning. As I stepped into leadership at Austin-East, PIVOT has been an incredible thought partner. They helped me identify where to lean in, how to get organized, and how to move forward with clarity. For me, PIVOT means having someone to bounce ideas off of, co-create action plans, and then follow through with accountability and support from my coach.”

Rachel Evans

Mid Level Leaders Cohort Member

“This was honestly the best professional development I've ever attended. Everything I learned was immediately applicable and made me a better leader. I am so thankful to have been a part of this group.”
