2025 Annual Report
Strong Leaders. Strong Schools.
Our second full year of programming was PIVOT’s strongest yet in leader growth, reach and student outcomes. The report covers our cohorts and projects, what the data say, stories from leaders across Tennessee, and what we’re building in Year 3.
- 78%of PIVOT-supported schools earned TVAAS Level 3 or higher (vs. 64% statewide)
- +3.3points in ELA proficiency in cohort schools, double the gain of matched schools
- 9,500students impacted through our leader cohorts
- 100%of partners and principals strongly agree PIVOT improved leadership and student outcomes
